We haven't changed hands. We’re still the same husband-and-wife team behind everything, and now we’re lucky to have the exceptional Abby running customer care—she even helped make sure your one missing sheet was replaced quickly and at no cost. You even acknowledged that it made your day.
I completely understand how frustrating delivery delays can be. But that is out of our hands with Australia Post delivering on alternative days now. We’ve now brought our Australian operations back to the east coast to make delivery speeds quicker for the majority of our customers.
We put an enormous amount of care into the quality of our stickers. From both a design and technical perspective, they are something we’re really proud of and are the best they have ever been.
We put so much heart into what we do and given how generous we have been to you, it’s hard to see it reflected in such a harsh way.
