The good news is that our founder, Steph, is now back leading design. We completely agree that things had started to feel a little too kiddish, and you’ll see a stronger return to our signature style beginning with our November releases.
I just wanted to clarify your comment about the website not allowing you to pick your own stickers, while also mentioning that you prefer not to. In our previous communications, we outlined the available options, but I’d love to better understand your experience so we can improve this.
Regarding the packaging, we replaced your pack due to the slight bending, especially knowing you enjoy trading and swapping your stickers.
We did run out of our previous cardboard envelopes a couple of months ago. As you mentioned in your email to us, you though they may be quite costly, and you're right, they are! Unfortunately, the last batch we received was faulty and we had many issues with them. We’re currently sourcing a new manufacturer, but as a small team of 2.5, it has taken us a little longer to move this forward. We really appreciate your patience as we work through this.
Lastly, we’ve discontinued the vinyl sticker as it wasn’t something that resonated strongly with customer feedback.
