Back to school survival guide: ideas for the kids

Back-to-school is the perfect excuse to let kids have a little fun with their school supplies and make them feel uniquely their own.

Sticker sheets are such a fun way to personalize notebooks, folders, pencil cases and journals. They could even use them to start a little school-year memory book, adding stickers and notes throughout the year. I also love the idea of kids using stickers to make little notes for their friends as everyone settles back into the school routine.

Happy Notes are another favourite for this time of year. Tuck a decorated note into their lunchbox on the first day back, or leave them a little “You’ve got this!” message for those days when they need some extra encouragement.

And after a big day at school, sometimes kids just need to come home and do something fun.
