i spent a bunch of time emailing with Abby on the customer service team about whether they would be reprinting a sticker i wanted. she made my holiday extremely bright!! not only did she find me two sheets of those stickers, but she has had them sent to me from Australia!! she went out of her way to make sure i got what i was looking for. literally 15 emails between us, up to and including Christmas Eve.
