Faulty or Damaged Items
If items in your order arrive faulty or damaged, please notify us via email at hello@moonbowcreative.com within 30 days of purchase. Please provide a photo of the damaged or faulty item.
Once your request has been reviewed we can explore replacements or store credit.

Change of Mind
We understand that preferences can change. If you decide to return an item due to a change of mind please get in contact with us within 30 days of purchase.
These items are required to be unused and in their original packaging. Once a return authorization is provided please return items with a tracking number.
Upon receiving the returned item, we will issue a store credit, less a 10% restocking fee. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Returns Processing
