Shipping policy

At Moonbow Creative Co., we do our best to get your stickers and stationery to you as quickly and affordably as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping times, postage rates, and how we handle delivery issues.

 

Shipping Rates 

We ship worldwide! Our shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location and items ordered. The below shipping tables outline the differing shipping options available.


Sticker Subscription Shipping Rates

Free shipping is offered for subscriptions sent to Australia, USA, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom and Eurozone.

For all other International orders a flat rate of AUD$9.50 is applied.


Stickers sheets, Vinyl Stickers & Traveling Postcards Shipping Rates

These rates exclude bulky stationery items including washi tape, folders, notepads, etc. 

Tracked postage can be added at an additional cost for Australia and the rest of the world at checkout.

Stationery Shipping Rates

Due to their size and weight, stationery items have separate shipping fees. Free shipping thresholds for stickers are not applied if stationery is included in your order.

Delivery Times

We aim to have your order delivered to you as seamlessly as possible. We work closely with our warehouses to ensure your stickers arrive safely, wherever you are in the world!

  • Our Sticker Subscriptions ship every Friday

  • General Orders ship within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise noted.

  • Where a subscription and other items are in the same order, these are usually shipped together, if the order is placed close to the shipping date of the subscription. Otherwise we aim to ship all other items within usual shipping timeframes.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • USA:  Orders are shipped using tracking -orders are usually received within 1 week of shipping. Your customer account can provide shipping updates.

    • Australia: Orders are shipped untracked (unless requested) using Australia Post —As Australia Post delivers every second day please allow up to 2 weeks.

    • International: Orders are shipped untracked (unless requested) - Please  allow up to 3 weeks for your order to arrive.

    • Canada: Subscriptions are shipped untracked from the US. This allows subscription delivery to be as smooth and efficient as possible. All other orders are shipped untracked from Australia and we are exploring US shipment. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to arrive.

Order not received within the above delivery timeframes

If an order hasn’t arrived we ask for the following timeframes to pass before we take further steps:

  • Australia: 30 business days

  • International: 30 business days - allow up to 60 business days during peak periods

  • US orders: All  orders are sent with tracking

Updating Your Shipping Address

If you notice an issue with your delivery address, please get in contact with us as soon as possible as we may be able to update your shipping address before fulfillment.

Once an order has been shipped, we will need to wait until the order has returned to our warehouse to redirect it.

For US Orders: As US orders are sent with tracking, we can monitor the order’s return to the warehouse. We can then reship your order. Please note, you will need to cover postage costs to resend your order.

For Australian & International Orders: As AU and INTL orders are not sent with tracking unless purchased within the order, we will need to wait until our warehouse has received the order before resending. The return process may take up to 1-2 months for International orders. Once the order has returned to the warehouse. We can then reship your order. Please note you will need to cover postage costs to resend your order.


Returns & Refunds

Sometimes things don’t go as planned. If there are any questions around your order once it is received please see our Refund and Credit Policy.


Currency & International Payment Processing

Both Australian and US customers place orders through localized pricing. If you are shopping from the United States, your order will be displayed and processed in USD, so you won’t see foreign currency conversions at checkout.

However, please note:

  • Our store operates globally via Shopify, and our primary merchant account is based in Australia.

  • Some banks or credit card providers — including certain US-based institutions — may apply an international transaction fee, even when your purchase is processed in USD.

  • This fee is determined solely by your bank or card provider.

We recommend checking with your bank for details regarding their international transaction policies if you have questions about potential fees
