Cancellation policy

At Moonbow Creative Co., we want to provide a seamless subscription experience for our sticker-lovers! Please see our subscription policy below for all the details about managing your subscription — from payment dates to updating your packs. 

 

Subscription Options

We offer two types of subscription styles. 

Our first is our classic set and forget subscription. You can choose from a 15 or 8 piece set of new and exciting sheets delivered to your door each month.

  • Studio Curated Sticker Subscription: Enjoy 15 original sticker sheets each month. Including our Designer Curated set of 8 in-house sheets, plus 7 additional designs created by our global design partners.

  • Designer Curated Sticker Subscription: Receive 8 original sticker sheets each month, imagined and created by our experienced Head of Design.

Alternatively you can enjoy curating your own subscription each month.  We’ll release a fresh collection of new sticker sheets monthly along with a selection of seasonal favorites and past packs for you to choose from.

  • My Curated Sticker Subscription: Handpick your pack—choosing 10, 15, or 20 sheets, with a maximum of each design. This means you can double up on some faves.

 

Billing & Renewal

Studio Curated and Designer Curated Subscriptions

  •  Payments for existing subscriptions will renew automatically on the 1st of each month.

  • Payments for new subscriptions will be processed on a monthly basis from the date of your first subscription payment. 

  • You can amend your renewal date via your Customer Subscription Portal.  Note - When amending your payment schedule and you’ve already made a payment this month, we recommend setting your new renewal date to the following month—unless you’d like to receive the same pack again this month.

  • You’ll receive a reminder email a few days before renewal so you can make changes if needed.

  • Payments are securely stored and processed through our subscription platform.


Curate Your Own Subscriptions

  • Payments for new subscriptions will be processed on a monthly basis from the date of your first subscription payment. Your renewal date can be amended via the Customer Subscription Portal.

  • You’ll receive a reminder email a few days before renewal so you can make changes if needed.

  • Payments are securely stored and processed through our subscription platform.

  • Please note: A minimum subscription period of three months is required for a new subscription.

 

Currency & International Payment Processing

Both Australian and US customers place orders through localized pricing. If you are shopping from the United States, your order will be displayed and processed in USD, so you won’t see foreign currency conversions at checkout.

However, please note:

  • Our store operates globally via Shopify, and our primary merchant account is based in Australia.

  • Some banks or credit card providers — including certain US-based institutions — may apply an international transaction fee, even when your purchase is processed in USD.

  • This fee is determined solely by your bank or card provider.

We recommend checking with your bank for details regarding their international transaction policies if you have questions about potential fees

 

 Shipping Schedule

  • Our subscription packs are shipped each Friday. Meaning your subscriptions will be shipped in the week of your payment renewal or payment.

Shipping times :

  • USA:  Subscriptions are shipped using tracking - your Customer Subscription Portal can provide shipping updates.

  • Australia: Subscriptions are shipped untracked using Australia Post — As Australia Post delivers every second day please allow up to 2 weeks.

  • International: Subscriptions are shipped untracked from Australia- Please  allow up to 3 weeks for your subscription to arrive.

  • Canada: Subscriptions are shipped untracked from the US. This allows subscription delivery to be as smooth and efficient as possible. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to arrive.

Make sure your address is up-to-date to avoid any potential delays!

Order not received within the above delivery timeframes

If an order hasn’t arrived we ask for the following timeframes to pass before we take further steps:

  • Australia: 30 business days

  • International: 30 business days - allow up to 60 business days during peak periods

  • US orders: All orders are sent with tracking

Pausing, Skipping or Cancelling your subscription

Subscription packs can be altered, updated or removed as needed. Any new changes will reflect our current pricing structures.


  • Skipping your subscription -You can skip your upcoming subscription and your subscription will automatically resume the following month.

  • Pausing your subscription - Alternatively your subscription can be paused for up to 60 days.

  • Cancelling your subscription - Your subscriptions can be cancelled any time, providing minimum commitments have been met

  • My Curated subscriptions require a minimum three month commitment before your subscription can be cancelled.

  • Classic month to month subscriptions require a  minimum of two subscriptions before your subscription can be cancelled.

Adding, Changing Packs or Payment Dates

If you’d like to add or switch packs, then visit Join the Sticker Club and sign up. When you check out, ensure it is with the same email as your current subscription.

From here you’ll be able to manage and edit all of your subscriptions in one place through Customer Subscription Portal.

 

On a Roll Rewards & Ongoing Rewards - My Curated Subscriptions

 Our On a Roll Rewards Program will provide exciting loyalty rewards!

Once you sign up, you’ll be automatically enrolled and start enjoying exclusive offers and rewards.

Your gifts and special deals are tailored to your subscription and grow with each completed order and your ongoing loyalty. Please note that pausing or cancelling a subscription may mean missing out on certain rewards.

 

Reactivating Your Subscription

If you have cancelled your subscription and are ready to return, you can reactivate anytime in your Customer Subscription Portal.

 

Refunds and Credit Policy

Teacher, Military and Health Care Worker Discounts

We are happy to offer 10% off storewide, including subscriptions for current teachers, healthcare and military workers. Contact us with valid ID to receive you personal discount code. Discount codes are valid for one year and can be update annually. Discounts cannot be combined with out discounts.
